Spartans still hunting first BIG victory
after tough loss to Penn St.
The MSU football team continues to get bad breaks in what has become a very difficult season. Standing at 0-7 in league play and 3-7 overall the quest for a Bowl berth looks out of the question. With their final 2 games against the Iowa Hawkeyes away then a matchup with Maryland in downtown Detroit at Ford Field to close out the season a league win will take some work!
A driven Penn State team came to Spartan Stadium last Saturday and walked away with a 28-10 victory which was the final home game on campus for them!
Kickoff at Kennick Stadium in Iowa this Saturday is set for 3:30pm on FS1.
The season finale will be at Ford Field vs the Maryland Terrapins at 7pm Nov. 29 also on FS1

MSU Hoops blows out Kentucky in New York at Madison Square Garden 83-66
The #17 ranked MSU Spartans took the lead early and never looked back blowing out the Kentucky Wildcats at Madison Square Garden 83-66! This win moved the Spartans to
4-0 on the season and was their 2nd top 15 victory of the season after defeating Arkansas earlier in the season!
MSU will have some tough games in the coming weeks before BIG play begins as they take on North Carolina on Nov. 27 at a neutral site then Dec. 6 they will host the Duke Blue Devils at the Breslin Center at 12 noon!
