Guardians continue to baffle the Tiger's;
win first 2 in close games!
The Tiger's are spending the weekend in Cleveland for 3 games! Friday night they couldn't quite get the bats going as year is a long time! The Guardians ace stifled the Tigers for most of the game allowing just 2 hits over 8 innings. A late 8th inning Spencer Torkelson solo shot HR cut the lead but the late inning spark couldn't get anything else!
Tiger's ACE Tarik Skubal again in his first start since his elbow surgery didn't get any run or hitting support and lost game 2 of the series 3-1!
With rain on tap and most of the morning looking like a washout the Guardians/Tiger's game has been postponed until Sept as part of a DH. So Detroit will head out early for Houston and their game Monday night at 8:10pm

Red Wing Captain Dylan Larkin after 11 years
demanding off season trade!
Well the front office of the Detroit Red Wings this past week were dealt a off season shocker as their long time Captain Dylan Larkin has asked to be traded! After 11 seasons leading the Wings he's demanding a trade to 3 powerhouses Vegas, Minnesota or Florida!
Obviously as Larkin is aging and his golden years of his career are upon him he's trying to get to a spot where he can hoist the Cup! It should make for a couple months of anxious people in the organization to see where this leads to before camp!
