Pistons earn #1 seed in the Eastern Conference Playoffs
The Detroit Pistons closed out the regular season as the #1 Seed in the Eastern Conference and got to 60 wins on the season!
Both great accomplishments but in the end the only thing this team has their eyes on are making the NBA Championships in June!
That will entail a long Playoff run and a uncharted territory for most of them!
It all starts this Sunday at 6:30pm at Little Caesars Arena!

Red Wings on the outside looking
in for 10th season in a row!
What started as an exciting season and a glimmer of hope that this would be the season to end the streak! In the end the Month of March grabbed the hopes of Playoffs and took it from Detroit!
As of Jan 25 the Wings stood 12 games ahead of the Playoff chase and had 69 points in first place in the Atlantic Division!
As of April 14 the Red Wings were officially out of the 2025-26 Playoffs and in 6th place in the Atlantic. Now you can't sneeze at 92 points for the season and in other Divisions might put them in the playoffs! But the Atlantic is one of the toughest in the league!
So back to the drawing boards for the Red Wing staff and players and an off season to ask the question of what happened?

Tigers sweep Marlins over weekend
The Detroit Tigers came alive at home this past weekend and started a 3 game winning streak defeating the Florida Marlins!
In a quick turn around after losing all 4 games in Minnesota in an early season slump the Florida was just what Detroit needed at the right time!
In the 3 game series Detroit outscored Florida 16-3 in an offensive turnaround! They will now host Central Division foe Kansas City for 3 games at Comerica starting tonight before heading out to Boston for a 4-game weekend series at Fenway Park!
