Tiger's and Skubal defeat Twins
3-0 on Sunday night
In front of a standing room only crowd Sunday night the Detroit Tiger's won another season series taking down the Minnesota Twins 3-0!
Not only was it a huge crowd but it was on National TV as it was part of the ESPN Sunday Night Baseball game! Tarik Skubal didn't disappoint as he came out with 5 innings of
No-Hit ball before giving up a hit. He also pitched 7 innings and allowed 1 hit and was behind 13 Strikeouts in those innings!
A total domination effort as the Tiger's hit the road for 6 games this week having 3 at Washington and 3 in Cleveland over July 4 weekend!

Pistons draft Chaz Lanier from Univ. of Tennessee in the NBA Draft Thursday!
The Detroit Pistons added a shooting wing Thursday night when they took Chaz Lanier with the 37th pick from the University of Tennessee!
He is known for his perimeter shooting and will add depth to the backcourt.
You will be able to see Lanier and others in the NBA Summer League coming up here in July!

As we enter the month of July and the Lion's look at a July 31 Hall of Fame matchup vs the LA Chargers in Canton the talk about the Chicago Bears seems to grow! The Lion's are coming off the best season in years and the #1 seed in the NFC with a 15-2 record heading into the playoffs! Only to see a Washington Commanders team on a roll put a stop to the Lion's run toward a hopeful Super Bowl run!
Here we are heading into July and a lot of anticipation isn't about the Lion's in the North Division but the Chicago Bears! A very successful off season so far and an excitement in the fan base growing the Lion's will be looking at the Bears as a formidable division foe all season long!
